Kompetenzprofil

Lernergebnisse:

The students will be able to define, identify, and apply the principles of entrepreneurship as a discipline, with a particular focus on the lean startup approach. They will understand and apply the principles that determine the viability of businesses, evaluate new business proposals, and recognize opportunities within existing companies. Furthermore, they will be able to distinguish between a business model and a business plan and understand their respective purposes and applications. Students will also gain insight into entrepreneurial marketing, emphasizing the traction approach as a means of achieving market growth. In addition, they will be able to develop and analyze financial models and apply the principles of new venture financing, growth financing, and valuation — both in the context of startups and established enterprises.
