Workload: Both parts of the module (233333a and 233333b) are each calculated at 3 ECTS, thus 90 hours. Expect to spend exactly 30 "hours" (teaching units) in class, and addtional 2 hours per week for the pre-reading and the rest of the time for the deliverables explained in the syllabus.
Inhaltliche Verbindung zu anderen Lehrveranstaltungen im Modul: The class shares one syllabus and explore all sides of (innovation) projects starting with simple businesss cases expanding all the way to startups. I covers both the logic of investing as well as the way to finance it and includes also tax implications.

Beschreibung: This course enables students to turn an innovative idea into a business- and financial model. Part b of the Module typically takes place as an intensive 3-day workshop with a strong focus on action learning. Utilizing lean startup methodology, participants will validate their hypothesis and develop a fully-fledged business model with a focus on the product-market fit.
