Programme structure

Hands-On Engineering Studies with International Relevance

During the basic studies, students develop a solid foundation in media engineering, packaging technologies, and core scientific principles, while honing language and management skills. In the sixth semester, a project-based internship bridges theory and real‐world application. Thereafter, students select from a range of electives or spend a term abroad at one of our partner universities in the US, Canada, or China, before undertaking their Bachelor’s thesis. Throughout the programme, hands-on projects take place in the faculty’s state-of-the-art media labs, leveraging the latest printing and packaging technologies.
