Management of media companies or management of media and marketing in B2C and B2B markets are the fields for which business is combined with digital media & AI.

Teamwork and implementation skills are strengthened through projects with real tasks from practice. This enables students to utilise their interdisciplinary specialist and management skills in a targeted manner for future professional tasks.

Programme structure

Practical and strong in leadership

The three-semester Master's degree programme in Medienmanagement  (Master of Arts) begins each winter semester at the Vaihingen campus and is taught in German. The programme comprises a compulsory and a compulsory elective section. The compulsory section consists of two modules (5 ECTS credits each), a tutorial (2 ECTS credits) and the Master's thesis (28 ECTS credits). In the compulsory elective area (50 ECTS), you choose one to three specialisations from future-oriented areas such as digital media & marketing, innovation management, TV format development or storytelling & value analysis.
