Interaction Design and User Experience

The IDUX research centre deals with current issues relating to user experience and human-computer interaction with a focus on communication and marketing. The focus is on topics such as the Internet of Things, digital brand experience worlds, multi-modal interface design, mixed reality, user-centred product development and design thinking. In addition to fundamental methodological and content-related research questions, the programme focuses on the conception and prototypical implementation of practical applications, e.g. in the form of prototypes, apps and services, as well as their scientific evaluation.
