Interdisciplinary and practical
The Bachelor's degree programme in Medien- und Wirtschaftspsychologie includes a wide range of basic and applied psychological subjects, including
- General Psychology
- social psychology
- Personality psychology
- Work and organisational psychology
- Media and communication psychology
- Advertising and consumer psychology
You will also acquire specialised knowledge in the fields of economics (e.g. business administration and marketing) and media (e.g. media theory and media ethics). In a practical semester, you will put your acquired skills to the test in a company of your choice and get to know a future professional field at first hand.



One degree - numerous opportunities
Your prospects after graduation are diverse: you will have specialist skills that will enable you to analyse, design and evaluate media offerings. You will also be ideally equipped for tasks in market and consumer research as well as usability and user experience research. Your high level of methodological expertise in analysing and interpreting data is just as important here as the ability to derive questions and create questionnaires. Another key field of activity is the area of personnel management - e.g. in personnel development, recruiting or employee training.
