Online-Medien-Management

The Online-Medien-Management degree programme trains you to become an internationally oriented specialist in the management of online media. You will acquire interdisciplinary knowledge in the areas of digital marketing & web analytics, online technologies and digital content creation. You will strengthen your project management skills in practical projects and work on specific tasks from companies.

Programme structure

Your basis for success in online marketing, technologies & content creation

In the foundation programme, you will acquire basic knowledge in business administration, media management and internet technologies and strengthen key skills such as communication and project management. In the main degree programme, you will delve deeper into topics such as corporate management, media production, artificial intelligence and digital strategies. Practical projects, interdisciplinary collaboration in small teams and an integrated internship prepare you specifically for your career entry. A semester abroad is also possible and promotes your intercultural skills. After seven semesters, you will graduate with a Bachelor of Arts degree.

Conquering digital professions

With a Bachelor of Arts, you will work in media companies, agencies, industry and consulting. Typical areas of work include social media management, digital marketing and communication measures, project management of digital strategies, development of digital business models, content creation, web analytics, IT design as well as usability and user experience consulting. Your interdisciplinary skills will particularly qualify you for interface functions and leadership roles in a dynamic, technology-driven working environment.
