

Digital- und Medienwirtschaft
On the Digital- und Medienwirtschaft degree programme, you will learn business and management skills as well as all the important aspects of the digital economy and the world of media during the standard period of study (7 semesters, including practical semester). They are analysed from the perspectives of society, design and technology as well as creativity, ethics and law. With a total of 210 ECTS, you will graduate with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.).

Your path to becoming a media all-rounder
The foundation programme teaches the basics of business, media, technology and design. In the main degree programme, you will work in project-based teams to prepare you for professional life. In a wide range of projects, often in cooperation with companies, you will benefit from modern technical equipment and support from lecturers with practical experience and good networks.
You will spend the fifth semester on an internship in a company of your choice to gain practical experience and make valuable contacts for a successful career start.



A wide range of opportunities after graduation
Once you have successfully completed your degree in Digital- und Medienwirtschaft, new horizons open up - be it in the online and digital sector with social media and eCommerce, in traditional media sectors such as film, TV, music, games and publishing or from the perspective of marketing and communication departments in companies. More and more graduates are turning their ideas into their business and setting up their own company or enrolling on a Master's programme.
